We portray our obsession with quality and attention to detail in our wines. Mike Dobrovic (ex Mulderbosch) used to mentor Tertius and he always said that to make a good wine you need 3 elements: passion, chemistry and technique. If a wine does not encompass all 3 of these elements, it may be good, but will never be great.
