The original vineyards on the farm consisted mostly of Cape Riesling, but Jacques decided to remove it and plant better-suited cultivars like Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. Today Boschkloof is most renowned for their Syrah, especially the single vineyard bottling called Epilogue.
